Refund Policy

Understanding your concern and our product unsatisfying you, we understand if you want to return it. In order to be eligible for a refund & a money back, the product needs to be returned within 30 calendar/business days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

After receiving the product our team will inspect it. Making sure that the product is not damaged in any way and there is no sign of any error from your side, we will process your refund. The refund will be made in the same payment method which was used by you. In credit card refunds it can take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show on your credit card statements.

If the returned product has been damaged after the delivery then a refund will not be eligible. Also if the refund has been initiated after the 30 day of the delivery then the refund will not be commissioned.
